GlideHair Vending Machine Standard Warranty

Each GlideHair unit comes with a standard twelve month warranty on all parts. This warranty covers faulty parts and breakdowns. It excludes damage and wear and tear to the unit. In particular it excludes damage to the styler component through use and abuse.

If a part such as the coin counter breaks down within this warranty period we shall provide a replacement part in exchange for the broken component.

Extended Warranty

There is the option to purchase an annual extended warranty which includes public and product
liability insurance. This warranty period is on an annual basis and can be renewed each year by
paying the appropriate fee. The standard warranty is provided on all parts excluding damage and
wear and tear.

Public & Product Liability Insurance

There is an option to purchase annual liability insurance cover for the units. This option
automatically places the units under the GlideHair insurance policy.
