All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery. For large orders where there is a lead time necessary for order preparation, we require a 50% deposit paid on order and the balance to be paid prior to despatch. Payment can be made by EFT transfer to our bank account or by Credit Card. All Credit Card payments incur a 2% transaction fee.
GlideHair shall deliver the goods using either Australia Post or a recognised courier company to the address you specify with your order. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct address details. For International orders, delivery shall be by sea or air freight at the Purchasers cost. All related importation duties, clearance fees and local delivery charges shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by GlideHair. Payment for purchases made through the website are made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) using the shopping cart facility and secure payment pages provided through ANZ bank. All payments are verified immediately. If the transaction is not approved by the secure banking facility, for any reason, the order shall be cancelled and you shall be returned to the GlideHair website. If the payment transaction is successful then the order shall be confirmed and delivery of the goods shall be organised.
All Credit Card payments through our website or that are made off-line using our merchant facility are made in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMSUnless we have the items in stock and ready for immediate shipping, you order will be back-ordered. We will advise you immediately if your order includes out of stock items and provide you with an estimated delivery date. In most cases back-ordered products will be delivered within 30 days from the day you submitted your order, however, allow in the worst case up to 6 (six) weeks after the first day of the next calendar month for your order to arrive. We will advise you if we are expecting any further delays or run into backorder problems. Please remember, all orders are final.

As our goods are intended for a commercial purpose and or resale, we provide a limited warranty under the Trade Practices Act whereby we will repair, replace, pay for a repair or pay for a replacement of any goods or parts that are defective or become defective, except for wear and tear or damage, for a period of 12 months from purchase.
For credit card transactions, your information is secured by using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information you input. We use secure eGate Merchant facilities provided by ANZ Bank Australia. Once you have completed your order details using our Shopping Cart system and you have confirmed your order request, you shall be redirected to the secure payment pages within the ANZ eGate facility. Once the transaction is processed you will be informed and returned to the GlideHair website. You will be provided with a transaction result and a transaction reference number should you have any queries.
Should you choose to purchase goods using Credit Card offline, we will ask you to complete and return a Credit Card Authority form.
